Responsibilities • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. • Handling employee rewards & recognitions. • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. • Undertake tasks around performance management. • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. • Employee grievance handing. • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. • Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Must have CCNA /CCNP valid certficate.
Responsible for managing the Wireles and LAN issues for customer within MTTR .
Needs to coordinate with various stake holders Internal and external to progress reported problems , known caveats , newly available features ,software upgrades etc.
Drive Technical Bridge calls till resolution
Implementation of Incident driven emergency changes
Good knowledge on Cisco Wireless , with deployment and troubleshooting skills , Experience on 5500 , 2500 and 9800 Platfroms.
LAN Good working knowledge of Layer2 & Layer 3 switching , hands on experience on 6800 , 6500 , 4500 , 3600 , 3800 and 9k series of switches. Should have knowledge of STP , Stacking , VSS concepts.
Good understanding of packet capturing tools
Expertise on troubleshooting LAN and Wireless related problems.
Should have good and effective communication skills.
Experience on Cisco Wireless.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Good Understanding of basic computer hardware concepts and terminologies. Experience in supporting end-user hardware equipment's like Desktop, laptops, Printers and scanners. Experience in supporting Windows operating system and Client software like MS Office, VPN etc. Good knowledge on networking concepts and basic troubleshooting. Basic Linux systems administration skills. Strong troubleshooting skills of IT systems Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/e-mail with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
Must have CCNP R&S/ CCNP Wireless valid certficate.
Willing to trvel As per project requirement.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
